Muskoka Christian School, a growing and exciting community-oriented school nurturing student excellence, is looking for an energetic teacher to join our team for the 2022/2023 school year. A permanent full-time position is available to teach junior and intermediate grades. The successful applicant will be able to effectively help students learn by engaging learners in creative and meaningful experiences and foster their academic, spiritual, mental, physical and social growth while working collaboratively with staff. This position includes homeroom for intermediate grades and teaching mathematics, science and physical education plus other subjects, including science and physical education to grades 5 and 6.

Those possessing Ontario Teacher Credentials or equivalent and having a high teaching competency with a passion for Christ, His children and Christian education should consider applying. Experience teaching in a Christian school, as knowledge of and experience in Project-Based Learning, Responsive Classroom techniques and engaging learners to be responsible for their own learning are assets.
