Trinity Christian School is seeking a qualified, certified Grade 1 teacher who is passionate, dynamic, and collaborative to join our team. Applicants must be committed Christians who are excited to awaken curiosity in students, nurture their faith, and inspire a love of learning. Previous knowledge and experience with structured literacy (rooted in the Science of Reading) and Responsive Classroom are considered assets.

• All are welcome to apply; preference for selection will be given to those who have completed formal training that is appropriate for the role. OCT and/or CSTC certification (or working towards a CSTC) would be expected. 
• Annual compensation follows the Edvance/Vocate recommendations in the 2026-2027 Compensation Report, and is based on qualifications and experience. 
• This is for an existing full-time role.
