Do you have an ‘emerging leader’ in your school who could benefit from a flexible, one-year training program based in a cohort model?

The Edvance Emerging Leaders Cohort is a small group cohort of staff working in Edvance affiliate Christian schools who have been identified as future leaders in their school communities. Notably, this cohort learning experience is focused on general leadership development for a variety of different future leadership roles, not only for head of school types of positions. In terms of the leadership growth and trajectory of future leaders in the Edvance network, the Emerging Leaders Cohort is a terrific first step for those discerning God’s call to leadership in the future.

The group is facilitated by Tim Bentum, Director of Leadership at Edvance. It meets in nine modules, mostly online, throughout the school year. Cohort members will complete a ‘Leadership Roadmap’ throughout the course of the year to help them determine some concrete next steps in their leadership development journey. Cohort members will also get connected to other mentors/coaches who can help them discern next steps in their growth as a leader. There is no cost for this program, but spaces are limited as we would like to maintain a small-group context.
