Responsible for teaching K-12 students and directing students to be responsible servant leaders with a Biblical Christian worldview.

Job Requirements: 

1. Degree in Education (or degree in suitable subject area plus significant experience in education plus willingness to commit to education degree courses)
2. Strong demonstrable Christian faith
3. A biblical Christian worldview and understanding of education
4. Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
5. A commitment to the mission, vision, and values of SPH
6. Ability to work cooperatively
7. A gifting in pastoral care of students
8. Discernment and good judgment
9. Good administrative skills
10. Enthusiasm and ability to work in a team
