North Toronto Christian School is looking for an elementary Physical Education and Health teacher. 

We want candidates who are ready to engage students and to focus on developing skills in: critical thinking, communication, creativity and collaboration, all through a distinct Christian worldview. A willingness to coach a variety of extra-curricular sports in the Grades 5-6 and Grades 7-8 range is required.

Having National Lifeguard (NL) credentials is also an asset, but NTCS is willing help the right candidate attain certification. This includes a Standard First Aid (SFA) certification. 

Candidates should be OCT certified, or have equivalent credentials, in Junior/Intermediate divisions. Experience with land-based education is an asset, but not required. Please submit a cover letter and resume, along with a statement of faith to Nicole Brouwer at nbrouwer@ntcs.on.ca
