About Timothy Christian School

Timothy Christian School (TCS) is a thriving independent school, with over 171 students (from 92 families and over 58 churches represented) in grades JK-8.

Located in northwestern Toronto, TCS has flourished thanks to God’s continued blessings and many dedicated and committed parents.

In 2023, TCS celebrates its 65th Anniversary, and we are looking forward to rejoicing in God’s faithfulness through the years and through generations.

Our goal is to assist Christian parents in providing a Christ-centered education in a caring and welcoming environment where the focus is developing the academic abilities and talents of children for a life of service to God and their community. Our mission is “to educate and engage students for a life of service in God’s kingdom.” TCS is committed to ensuring that all members of staff feel valued, respected and supported.

We are actively seeking for a new principal who is passionate about Christ-centered education that is academically excellent and fostered in a welcoming and wholesome learning environment.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelors degree
• Masters of Education (M. Ed) or additional coursework in administration preferred
• Ontario Certified Teacher (OCT) qualifications or equivalent
• CSTC preferred (or working towards completion)
  
• 5+ years of Principal experience preferred or 10+ years of progressive teaching experience
