As we, at TDChristian, continue our succession planning for its Principal position from William Groot to Joel Dykxhoorn (as of August 1, 2025), we are seeking an Admissions Director.

The role to be anywhere from half-time to full-time, adjustable to the applicant’s skillset, initiative, and experience.

The Admissions Director role includes:

• working with school leadership and the communications team to share TDChristian’s vision to prospective families
• being a key member in telling the story of TDChristian and why students should experience the difference that comes with learning and belonging at TDChristian
• providing leadership in the planning and implementation of promotional events including Open Houses and our Grade 7 & 8 Day
• working with prospective families from initial inquiry to enrolment (e.g., contact, tour, invitation to events, application process, interview, and enrolment)
• developing and fostering grade school connections and forecasting future class enrolments
• working with other departments to ensure a holistic approach to recruiting and enrolling students

The Ideal Candidate must:

• demonstrate a desire and an ability to lead

• be able to articulate TDChristian’s vision for learning and high school education
• demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• be detail-oriented and able to communicate details well in conversation and in writing

• desire to continue to grow and develop as a professional
• demonstrate the ability to manage and work with various software programs including spreadsheets
