TDChristian is seeking to hire a part-time Educational Assistant (4 hours/ day with potential growth to a full-time position) for the 2025-26 school year, who is a committed Christian engaged in, passionate about, and dedicated to helping our students find success through supporting our class-room teachers. The ideal candidate would work with students who require additional support in their classes as part of our growing team of Resource staff members in our Learning Commons.

• can work in a variety of settings with students including 1:1, small-group, and large-group support.
• can implement accommodations and/or modifications as outlined on a student's IEP and/or profile 
• will support student with transitions, routines, and safe behaviour
• can maintain communication with classroom teachers and Learning Coordinators regarding student progress
