Immanuel Christian School is looking for an Educational Assistant to assist in the Grade 3/4 classroom. Responsibilities will include specific one on one teaching and learning as well as work with other students in the school as needed. The successful candidate will share a personal faith that fits with the mission and vision of the school, have a compassionate heart, which includes sensitivity to children’s engagement in the teaching/learning environment, demonstrate general insight and understanding of working with children, and be able to work collaboratively with a team of educators. First Aid certification is an asset as well as formal RECE training in an Ontario College.  The position is available immediately.
