You are a qualified counsellor who is passionate about nurturing and inspiring young children to love, learn, and lead together in God's world.

Together with a cohesive staff dedicated to relationship building, personal growth, and enhancing the learning of our 4- to 14-year-old students, you bring both competency and a positive attitude to your work.  You will join the educational team continuing our deepening of Restorative Practices in Education, seeking new and innovative ways to inspire awe and wonder in our students as they discover, explore, and engage with God's world, ultimately supporting staff and students through social and emotional challenges that life brings our way.  Your character models the traits we strive toward as a community: Curiosity, compassion, collaboration, perseverance, integrity, and JOY!

Our vision is to be the leaders in education by inspiring a diverse and unified student body to love, learn, and lead with God’s grace, bringing Christ’s love to the world.  We are currently seeking a counsellor for a part-time (40% FTE) position to support our counselling team at our Smithville campus, with the possibility of increased time and responsibility in the near future.
