High School Teacher (1.0 FTE, Short-term)
We are seeking a full-time teacher for the period of November 15, 2024, to January 31, 2025, with the potential for extension through June 2025.
Specific duties:
Teach Humanities (Christian Studies, Social Studies), Electives (Marketing and Design, Foods Studies) and Resource
Work cooperatively with the colleagues within his/her department and across the school
Participate fully in student-learning and extra-curricular activities outside of the school day, as applicable
Qualifications:
Strong working knowledge of the Bible and current pedagogy
Experience as a Youth Pastor or Ministry Worker
Must qualify for a certificate issued by the Teacher Regulation Branch of the BC Ministry of Education or a “Letter of Permission”
Is familiar with the BC Ministry of Education curriculum

Salary range:
Anticipated full-time teacher salary range for 2024/25:
$56,016 - $100,902
(Dependent on education, qualifications, and experience; pro-rated for part-time teachers)
