Hamilton District Christian High’s mission is to cultivate character through learning for a life of service to God. Our vision is to see all HDCH students become a faithful presence in the communities that they serve.

We are looking for a person of active Christian faith to join our  team as an Events Coordinator to support the school in accomplishing that mission and vision. This is a part-time (60%) position.  You would work a flexible schedule of 24 hours per week. The role includes some evenings and a few weekends each year, which are scheduled in advance. 

Responsibilities:

The Events Coordinator will be responsible for 

• Leading the planning and coordination of all school events: onsite lead for events during school days and after-hours as needed.  (Events include internal and external stakeholder meetings and gatherings, along with fundraising events such as an annual golf tournament and a spring fundraising initiative.)
• Organising hospitality
• Working with student and adult volunteers for all events as needed
• Related administrative tasks and other supporting tasks
• Coordinating rentals of the school building
