Core Responsibilities:

• Manage daily maintenance and repair of the school facilities
• Oversee the safety of the facility and comply with the local regulations
• Co-ordinate preventative maintenance schedules
• Manage facility-related vendor relationships
• Ensure clean, safe, and welcoming learning spaces
• Support school events and operational needs
• Manage rental of school facilities
• Manage rental supervisors

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of facilities management experience
• Strong understanding of building maintenance systems

Skills:

• Technical Maintenance expertise (Handyman)
• Ability to problem-solve building repairs and services
• Budget Management
• Strong communication abilities
• Proactive and detailed-orientated approach
• Ability to work collaboratively and joyfully with staff and administration
