London Christian High is seeking a Vice Principal for a part-time role.

We are seeking a Vice Principal who holds this vision with us; an experienced leader who understands students as people, is passionate about students' growth and development, contributing to healthy student culture, and helping students disciple to Christ. We are seeking a leader who understands the complexity of teenage lives, and who has skill, competency, and vision for healthy school culture and restorative practice. This role will involve leading LCH's vision for student culture and restorative disciplinary practices. As this role is part-time, teaching some courses will balance out a full time role. The successful candidate will love Jesus, lead with character, courage, care, compassion, and is collaborative in their leadership style.
