Are you discerning if you're being called into Christian school leadership? The Emerging Leaders Development Institute (ELDI) is an immersive program that equips emerging leaders to explore and prepare for the possibility of becoming a head of school.
Designed for emerging leaders, ELDI is a hybrid program—both in person and virtual—that helps you grow in your understanding of school leadership and the role God may be preparing for you. Through the program, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced leaders while building strong relationships with a cohort of peers on the same journey. Together, you’ll explore relational servant leadership, effective school management and governance, and visionary planning—all within the context of Christian education.
