Brantford Christian School is seeking an Office Administrator who has a passion for building community and connection with others. This person will be instrumental in implementing the school’s purpose, mission, and vision, and to help the school position itself well for the near and distant future. The office administrator must be committed to clear, direct, and consistent communication with stakeholders and staff team members. A team member who is committed to work collaboratively with all members of the BCS team and community to create and maintain a healthy organizational culture. The office administrator is responsible for providing administrative services and support in order to ensure school and society operations are maintained in an effective, up-to-date, and accurate manner.

Major Areas of Oversight:

• Communications: newsletter, website, social media, etc.
• Data Management: database program & input, ONSIS, OSRs, managing policies, directories, handbooks, tracking forms, etc.
• Admissions: New inquires & re-registration

Skills Needed:

• High proficiency in Microsoft, Google & Adobe
• First Aid/CPR certification
• Strong oral & written communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Interpersonal skills  
• Flexibility 

The ideal candidate would have a college or university degree. Office experience especially in a school setting would be an asset. 

This is a part time position.
