Responsibilities

• Implement a high-quality play-based program aligned with “How Does Learning Happen?”
• Create engaging learning environments
• Support children’s development through observation and documentation
• Integrate faith through prayer, Bible stories, and Christ-centered modelling

Inclusive Practice

• Foster a culture of belonging for all children and families
• Apply Universal Design for Learning principles

Health & Safety

• Maintain safe classroom environments
• Follow all licensing requirements under CCEYA

Family Communication

• Build positive relationships with families
• Share updates on children’s development

Qualifications

• RECE in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators
• First Aid & CPR-C certification
• Vulnerable Sector Check
• Knowledge of Ontario early learning frameworks

Compensation

Salary range: $45,000–$75,000 depending on experience
