Beacon Christian Preschool is seeking caring, enthusiastic, and faith-filled Preschool Teachers and Preschool Assistants to maintain a joyful and nurturing early learning environment where children are valued as image-bearers of God.

We are looking to fill positions for our growing preschool, as well as our supply teaching list for our preschool.

Our preschool classrooms have a 1:8 educator-to-child ratio, with a maximum of 16 children. As a supply teacher, or a Preschool Assistant, you will work alongside another RECE in the classroom.

Our centre is open 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, and supply staff may be asked to work an 8-hour shift between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., depending on our staffing needs.

We are looking for someone who:

• Loves working with young children
• Is reliable, flexible, and works well as part of a team
• Can help create a warm, safe, and engaging preschool environment
• Is comfortable supporting the Christian mission and values of Beacon Christian Preschool

Experience working with young children is preferred. A Vulnerable Sector Check and Standard First Aid/CPR-C will be required.
