Nimbus Christian Education (NCE) provides accredited, online courses (Gr. 5-12) developed and delivered by Christian teachers and staff who are committed to timely, caring and robust support for our students, families and schools.

NCE Teachers enjoy the flexibility of working as an independent contractor who gets to decides what, who, how often, how much and from where they would like to work! 

Subject Specific Needs: Physics, with students already on the list for Fall 2026! (min. 2 hrs of daytime, synchronous availability). And the opportunity to be offered more students across the disciplines as the registrations are flowing in!  

Desired Qualifications:

• Ontario College of Teachers, Christian School Teacher Certificate, or equivalent
• Degree or experience in the relevant subject area(s)

It would be beneficial if the applicant has:

• Taken, taught and/or created online courses (specifically asynchronous)
  
• Competency using Google applications
• Experience in Moodle and Brightspace by D2L
  
• Previously worked remotely
