Student Services Administrative Assistant (Maternity Leave)

King’s Christian Collegiate is seeking a Student Services Administrative Assistant, starting in September 2026.   The ideal candidate has professional training and proven proficiency in office organization for a role with these top priorities:

This role is full-time maternity leave position, beginning with a one-year term contract. There is potential for this to become a permanent position. The hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm daily, requiring the flexibility to occasionally monitor office email in the summer (communicated by the school in advance). The role offers four weeks of summer vacation time, plus holidays common to the students and staff during the September to June school year.  

Salary Range:  $50,000 - $60,000 depending on credentials and relevant experience 

Start Date:  September 1 or later (some flexibility—to be discussed through the interview process)
