Office Assistant

King’s Christian Collegiate is seeking a full-time Office Assistant, starting as soon as September 30, 2026.   The ideal candidate has professional training and proven proficiency in office administration for a role with these top priorities:

Types of Responsibilities: 

  • answering phone calls and fielding questions 
  • partnering with the Receptionist for supporting staff and school needs 
  • assisting the Communications Coordinator, VPs, and MUN Conference Coordinator 
  • managing projects (e.g. textbook distribution, purchase orders) 
  • specialty point person for client assistance (e.g. cafeteria accounts, uniforms) 
  • supporting the Chapel & Special Events Teams with coordinating logistical details 

 

The hours for this full-time position are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm daily, requiring the flexibility to occasionally monitor office email in the summer (communicated by the school in advance). The role offers four weeks of summer vacation time, plus holidays common to the students and staff during the September to June year.  

 

Salary Range:  $50,000 - $57,000 depending on credentials and relevant experience 

Start Date: September 30 (flexible—to be discussed through the interview process)
