Sarnia Christian School has provided over 70 years of Christ-centred education to over 1200 students, and after 21 years of leading the school, our Principal announced his plans to retire. Continuing our legacy of faith and learning, Sarnia Christian School is seeking a faith-filled Principal for our JK to Grade 12 school located by the beautiful shores of Lake Huron in Sarnia, Ontario. The position is effective August 1, 2027. 

In accordance with Sarnia Christian School’s policies, the Principal leads the school in fulfilling its mission and vision. The Principal we seek will be the sole employee accountable to the Board of Directors and is responsible for the overall leadership, spiritual direction, educational quality, and operational management of Sarnia Christian School (JK to Grade 12). The Principal will work in collaboration with the Director of High School Development, the leadership team at Sarnia Christian School and the Board of Directors. 

Our preferred candidate will have experience in Christian and educational leadership and will share in our mission to merge faith and quality education. Based on your experience and strengths, we can refine the details of this position to suitably apply your God-given gifts. 

The expected salary range for this position is: $117,000 - $142,000.
