Boards play a crucial role in the success of a Christian school by working alongside the principal to set vision and provide governance. But what is good governance and why does it matter?
Good governance matters because if the board is flourishing in their role, the leader can flourish; and if the leader is flourishing, teachers can flourish; and if teachers are flourishing, students can flourish. A flourishing board helps foster a flourishing school!
You’re invited to this Board Governance Session along with your fellow board members to explore what it means to flourish as a board. You will hear best practices, learn about resources available to you, and network with other boards from Edvance affiliate schools.
