We are a bustling independent Christian school providing education to children JK – Grade 12. Nestled just between Brockville and Athens in the country village setting of New Dublin is where you will find us!

Heritage Community Christian School has undergone a tremendous period of growth and we are seeking an experienced Vice Principal to complement our leadership team!

We are seeking a relational administrative leader who seeks to contribute their passions toward advancing Christ-centred education, always seeking to act with integrity and diligence.

Key focus points to action, follow thru on and enhance:

-          Internal curriculum program, ensuring HCCS is continually striving for best practice in education

-          Ensure effective processes and systems for meeting the emotional, behavioural and spiritual needs of all students and staff

-          Focus on delivering timely and effective internal staff communications as well as external communications with families and students

-          Promoting a warm, inviting school environment where faith and self-esteem are routinely encouraged and modeled

-          Participate in the development and execution of strategic planning

Education & Experience:

Bachelor of Education, Ontario Certified Teacher (OCT) or equivalent

3-5 years experience as a VP or Principal preferred

Teaching experience preferred and considered an asset
