UMEI Christian High School is seeking an innovative and qualified secondary teacher for the 2023-2024 school year who would love to teach in a Christian environment.  At UMEI, we prepare students for a life of purpose and help young people reach their full potential so they’re empowered to make a difference.

We are seeking a hardworking, enthusiastic, and qualified teacher with excellent subject knowledge and a sound understanding of the Ontario Secondary School Curriculum.  The part-time position will involve teaching students in grades 9-12 and assisting in extra-curricular activities such as athletics, clubs, etc.  The successful applicant will be a motivated individual with a keen interest in encouraging and inspiring students to love learning and excel in the subject areas of robotics.

The following courses will apply to the position: Jr. and Sr. Robotics as part of our enriched robotics program.  Experience with computer science, programming, project-based learning and hands-on learning is an asset.
