This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding the school’s mission and values. The ideal candidate will be warm and friendly, able to trouble-shoot and handle multiple tasks.
Position Details:
- 3 days/week (Mon, Wed, Thu, with some flexibility, working in school with option to work remotely occasionally)
- Beginning immediately or in August/September 2025 until June/July 2026 (flexible on 10 month or 12 month contract)
- Daily hours would be 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Director of Development, provide admin support to the director and development office activities
- Will include scheduling meetings, planning and coordinating fundraising events and activities, phone calls, emails, hosting donors and visitors
- Maintain donor CRM (Donorperfect), run reports
- Assist with communications to donor and school community: emails, newsletters, collecting stories, writing / editing, graphic design
- Coordinate with other staff as needed (finance, bookkeeper, front office, principals)
Qualifications:
- Administrative experience, ideally in client relations or fundraising
- Strong organizational skills and appreciation for details
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in computer use, including G-suite, Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new software as needed
- Quickbooks Online and Donorperfect software experience is an asset
- Flexibility and ability to welcome interruptions and serve where needed most
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
- Have a living, deepening friendship with the Lord Jesus. This includes belonging to a local church, and possessing an articulate grasp of the gospel.
