We are looking for a Teaching Assistant / Educational Assistant to work in small group settings to support students who need that extra care. Details: 

Qualifications: 

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience or training in providing academic support and learning disabilities
• Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting is preferred.
• Motivated, take lots of initiative, work hard, and can mind many little details. 
• Patient, flexible, and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting young students
• Able to support the homeroom teacher, follow directions, and adapt to classroom / student needs.

Position details

• Part-time. There is some flexibility to the structure and hours of this role. 
• May include tutoring or coordination or both.
