Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary (grades 1-3) Teacher to join our private Christian school. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
• Deliver instruction effectively to diverse student populations across various subjects
• Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations, providing constructive feedback
• Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and respect
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and curriculum development
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student achievements
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and behavior
• Participate in professional development activities to stay current with educational best practices

• Strong knowledge of subject matter relevant to assigned teaching areas
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students, parents, and staff

• Prior experience or certification in education is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for teaching is essential

-Must hold a Bachelor of Education Degree (B.Ed.)
