Laurentian Hills Christian School is seeking a collaborative and mission-driven Vice Principal of Learning to support instructional excellence, curriculum development, teacher growth, and student success. This role is ideal for an educator with strong leadership skills, a passion for data-informed practice, and a heart for building a thriving faith-based learning community.

The Vice-Principal will be part of the Leadership Team, with specific responsibilities assigned and will be supported and mentored by the existing Administrative Team. This position may be combined with an additional teaching assignment to create a full-time position.

The successful candidate will have an interest in leadership and a love for Christian education. The successful candidate will be flexible and willing to work cooperatively with the Administrative Team to help achieve the mission and vision of LHCS. The ability to communicate effectively, demonstrate flexibility and creativity while working with students, parents and teachers is important. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the staff to support them as they seek to educate and inspire our students to be all that God created them to be.
