Burlington Christian Academy (BCA) is a Christ-centred school in Burlington, Ontario, dedicated to nurturing the whole child, spiritually, academically, and socially. Positions are available to fill anticipated teaching vacancies in the Primary, Junior, and Intermediate divisions. Successful candidates will play a key role in fostering academic excellence while supporting students in developing a personal relationship with Christ.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons that support student learning
• Foster a classroom environment rooted in Christian values, respect, and collaboration.
• Support students’ spiritual development through prayer, devotions, and faith integration.
• Assess student progress and provide meaningful feedback to support achievement.
• Communicate regularly with parents and colleagues to support student success.
• Contribute positively to the life and community of the school.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education (OCT certification preferred).
• Experience teaching in Primary, Junior, or Intermediate grades is an asset.
• Demonstrated passion for teaching and inspiring a love for learning.
• A vibrant Christian faith and active participation in a local church.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
