Early Childhood Educator Position – LTO – Maternity Leave

London Christian Academy invites applications for a temporary full-time (37.5 hours per week) Early Childhood Educator commencing September 2026. This position is to cover a maternity leave for the 2026-2027 school year (September 2026 to June 2027).

Our ideal candidate will have an ECE certification, be passionate about Christ-centred learning and young discipleship, love leading and nurturing children, be patient and empathetic with special needs students, be a strong team player who is flexible and collaborates well with the lead teacher, and is ready to serve where needed in a vibrant program of active learning. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work closely with students and teachers
• Know and support the individual educational plans of those students being worked with
• Create a safe and caring learning environment for all students
• Participate in the school society and school events
• Contribute to the school community outside of the classroom
